Child Action, Inc.'s Horn Road Office Relocation (Effective 9/16/10)

Child Action, Inc.'s Horn Road office (located at 9961 Horn Road, Sacramento, CA, 95827-1700) will be closing on September 16, 2010.

Our Resource & Referral Department and Client Services Department will relocate down the street to our Administrative office, located at 9800 Old Winery Place, Sacramento, CA 95827 [Click here for AX Map].

In addition to the Old Winery Place location, we have three other offices in Sacramento County available to serve clients [Click here for locations].

Client cases from the Horn Road office will be distributed to our remaining four offices. Prior to the end of September, clients will receive a letter notifying them of the office to which their file has been transferred.

Please do NOT send or bring in attendance forms to the Horn Road office after September 16, 2010.
