Centralized Eligibility Lists are found in all counties and are administered by local Alternative Payment Program, or the Local Planning Council. They are funded by the California Department of Education and are used by state funded child care and development programs to enroll low income families who qualify for state sponsored child care and development programs.

Families may call or go on-line to have their name placed on a list and the list is used by all child development programs in a county to enroll children for subsidized child care.

Child Action, Inc. is the administering agency for Sacramento County.
